This tour is perfect for first-time divers who want to learn the fundamental rules and guidelines of safe scuba diving. After a detailed, hands-on orientation, you will enter shallow water and practice four basic scuba-related skills designed to build confidence and show you just how easy scuba diving really is.

Once you have satisfactorily completed the skills portion of your lesson, you will be qualified to dive to a maximum depth of 40 feet under the direct supervision of our PADI instructors. Dive Kauai guarantees small and personalized groups of 4 divers or less per instructor, ensuring that you receive expert instruction and unforgettable ocean views.

Before every dive, you will receive detailed site and marine biology briefings, and after your dive, you can enjoy delicious snacks and cold beverages. All equipment is provided at no additional charge, and shore dives are offered daily. This experience can also be applied toward your PADI Open Water Certification.
